Schwan’s Cares Fundraising

The Brainerd Amateur Hockey Association (BAHA) has decided to team up with Schwan’s and take part in the Schwan’s Cares Fundraiser. BAHA is continually looking for ways to keep costs down for families. The funds we raise through our fundraising partnership with Schwan’s will go towards keeping hockey affordable for all families.

The Schwan’s Cares Fundraiser is a year-long, continuous fundraiser. Schwan’s products and gift certificates are ordered online and a percentage comes back to BAHA.

·      For orders placed from now until December 20th, BAHA will receive

o       40% of all electronic gift certificates (e-certificates) sold ($10 for each $25 certificate), and

o       20% of all products sold

Note:  Schwan’s sales are the highest during the 4th quarter so we are trying to capitalize on this.

For any orders placed after December 21st, BAHA will receive 5% of all products sold through November 5th, 2014.

The great thing about this fundraiser is that everything is done online. We don’t touch money or the product. The Schwan’s delivery driver will bring your product right to your door whether you are a current or a new Schwan’s customer!

To place an order online or purchase e-certificates, follow this step-by-step procedure (please share this procedure with you neighbors, friends and family)

____ Go to www.schwans-cares.com

____ Click on “Find a Campaign” on the home page (scroll to bottom if you are using a cell phone)

____ Enter Campaign ID/Name: Brainerd Youth Hockey into the search box

____ Click on the picture to select the Brainerd Youth Hockey campaign.
____ Click on the “Support Now” button, and begin to shop!

____ At that point, you will be given the option of purchasing an e-certificate (“Buy Now”), or order product online (“Shop Now”)

____ If you select, “Buy Now”, you may either sign-in to check-out or you may continue to check-out as a guest.

____ If you select “Shop Now”, you need to either “Log-In” (as a returning customer/ordered online before) or “Create an Account” (as a new customer/first order online) once you reached the Schwan’s Home Page (in the upper right corner). Then, complete your shopping online and checkout. At the conclusion of your order, you will be asked to confirm that you are supporting Brainerd Youth Hockey.

Whether you support the fundraiser by purchasing e-certificates and/or products thank you in advance, for supporting our hockey association by buying high-quality, frozen foods from Schwan's!

If you have any questions, please contact Julie Robinson at 218-820-6871 or baha.schwanscares@gmail.com
